If any Zenbod provider suggests you seek additional care or tests outside the scope of the Zenbod program (i.e. if they see or suspect a medical condition that needs looking into for your health), those outside fees and charges are the responsibility of the member participant and in no way is Zenbod liable for such fees nor are those recommendations a part of the program and your monthly subscription.
If during the initial consultation the Zenbod provider finds a significant reason you are not eligible to participate in the program, and you have already paid your subscription, your fees will be reimbursed in full. Please allow sufficient time for your financial institution to process this reimbursement, according to their policies.
If for any reason, after the first 3 months, you decide that Zenbod is not for you, you may cancel your subscription with no questions asked. Your fee will be refunded for that month so long as your medications have not yet been shipped to you.
We do not recommend interrupting your membership. This program is most likely to succeed if you consistently take your medication weekly over the duration of your weight loss journey.
